MotoSky'ı kullanırken geçerli olan kurallar. Neyi vaat ediyoruz, neyi etmiyoruz ve abonelik nasıl işliyor — hepsi aşağıda.
Bu koşullar, Cenap Özdemir tarafından sunulan MotoSky mobil uygulaması ve ilgili hizmetler için geçerlidir. Uygulamayı indirip kullanmaya başladığında bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun. Kabul etmiyorsan uygulamayı kullanma.
MotoSky, motosiklet sürücüleri için hava durumu ve sürüş asistanı bir uygulamadır. Bulunduğun konumun hava verisini alır, bunu 0–100 arası bir sürüş skoruna çevirir, kurduğun saatlerde bildirim gönderir, rotandaki hava değişimini analiz eder ve sürüşlerini kaydedip istatistik çıkarır.
MotoSky bilgilendirme amaçlı bir araçtır. Gösterdiğimiz hava verisi ve sürüş skoru bir tavsiye değil, bir özettir. Yola çıkıp çıkmama, hangi hızla ve nasıl sürme kararı tamamen sana aittir.
Hava tahminleri yanılabilir, gecikebilir veya eksik olabilir. Yol durumu, trafik, aracının bakımı, kendi sürüş becerin ve o anki koşullar uygulamanın bilemeyeceği şeylerdir. Yeşil bir skor, yolun güvenli olduğu anlamına gelmez.
Trafik kurallarına uymak ve kendi güvenliğini sağlamak senin sorumluluğundur. Uygulamayı sürüş sırasında kullanmak yasal olarak yasak olabilir; telefonu güvenli şekilde kullanmak da senin sorumluluğundadır.
Uygulamayı misafir olarak veya Google hesabınla giriş yaparak kullanabilirsin. Hesabındaki bilgilerin doğruluğundan ve hesabına erişimin güvenliğinden sen sorumlusun.
Şunları yapmaman gerekiyor: başkasının hesabını kullanmak, uygulamayı tersine mühendislikle çözmeye çalışmak, otomatik araçlarla sistemi yormak, liderlik tablosunda sahte veri üretmek, ya da başkalarını rahatsız edecek takma ad ve profil içeriği kullanmak. Bu kuralları ihlal eden hesapları kapatabiliriz.
Premium erişim ayrıca kupon koduyla da verilebilir. Kuponla verilen erişimin süresi ve kapsamı kuponda belirtilir; kuponlar devredilemez ve nakde çevrilemez.
Premium özelliklerin kapsamını zaman içinde değiştirebiliriz. Mevcut aboneliğini önemli ölçüde eksilten bir değişiklik olursa, bunu uygulama içinden duyururuz.
Ücretsiz sürümde bazı özellikler sınırlıdır (alarm sayısı, günlük rota analizi hakkı, sürüş geçmişi derinliği gibi). Bu sınırlar uygulama içinde açıkça gösterilir ve zaman içinde değişebilir. Sınırlar, hava ve harita servislerinin çağrı başına ücretlendirilmesinden kaynaklanır.
MotoSky bazı verileri dışarıdan alır: hava verisi OpenWeather, harita ve rota bilgisi Google, bildirim altyapısı Firebase, abonelik doğrulaması RevenueCat ve Google Play üzerinden gelir.
Bu servislerin kesintisi, gecikmesi veya verdiği bilginin hatalı olması durumunda MotoSky sorumlu tutulamaz. Uygulamanın çalışması internet bağlantına da bağlıdır.
Sürüşünü paylaşırken kendi galerinden bir fotoğraf ekleyebilirsin. Bu fotoğraf cihazında kalır, sunucularımıza gönderilmez. Paylaşım kartı telefonunda oluşturulur ve nereye paylaşacağına sen karar verirsin.
Paylaştığın içerikten sen sorumlusun. Başkasının telif hakkını ihlal eden veya izinsiz kişi görüntüsü içeren fotoğraflar kullanma.
MotoSky adı, logosu, arayüz tasarımı, sürüş skoru hesaplama yöntemi ve uygulama kodu bize aittir. Uygulamayı kişisel kullanım için kullanma hakkın vardır; kopyalama, dağıtma, satma veya türev ürün oluşturma hakkın yoktur.
Kaydettiğin sürüşler ve girdiğin içerikler sana aittir. Bunları uygulamanın çalışması için işleriz — detaylar Gizlilik Politikası'nda.
Hesabını istediğin zaman uygulama içinden silebilirsin: Ayarlar → Hesabı sil. Silme işlemi geri alınamaz. Verilerinin ne olduğu Gizlilik Politikası'nda yazılıdır. Hesap silme talebini bu sayfadan da yapabilirsin.
Aktif bir aboneliğin varsa, hesabını silmek aboneliği otomatik iptal etmez. Aboneliği ayrıca Google Play hesabından iptal etmen gerekir.
MotoSky "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Hizmetin kesintisiz, hatasız veya her koşulda doğru çalışacağını garanti etmiyoruz.
Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde; uygulamayı kullanman ya da kullanamamandan doğan dolaylı zararlardan, veri kaybından veya kâr kaybından sorumlu değiliz. Tüketici mevzuatından doğan haklarınız saklıdır.
Bu koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli bir değişiklik olursa uygulama içinden bildiririz. Güncellemeden sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmen, yeni koşulları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir. Sayfanın üstündeki "son güncelleme" tarihinden hangi sürümde olduğunu görebilirsin.
Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir. Tüketici sıfatıyla, bulunduğun yerdeki tüketici hakem heyetlerine ve tüketici mahkemelerine başvurma hakkın saklıdır.

The rules that apply when you use MotoSky. What we promise, what we don't, and how subscriptions work.
These terms apply to the MotoSky mobile app and related services provided by Cenap Özdemir. By downloading and using the app, you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, don't use the app.
MotoSky is a weather and riding assistant for motorcyclists. It pulls weather data for your location, turns it into a 0–100 ride score, sends notifications at the times you set, analyses how weather changes along your route, and records your rides with statistics.
MotoSky is an informational tool. The weather data and ride score we show are a summary, not advice. Whether to ride, how fast and how you ride is entirely your decision.
Weather forecasts can be wrong, delayed or incomplete. Road conditions, traffic, the state of your bike, your own riding ability and the conditions at that moment are things the app cannot know. A green score does not mean the road is safe.
Following traffic laws and keeping yourself safe is your responsibility. Using the app while riding may be illegal where you are; handling your phone safely is also your responsibility.
You can use the app as a guest or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping access to your account secure.
You must not: use someone else's account, attempt to reverse engineer the app, place automated load on the service, submit false data to the leaderboard, or use nicknames and profile content that harass others. We may close accounts that break these rules.
Premium access may also be granted by coupon code. The duration and scope of coupon access are stated on the coupon; coupons are non-transferable and hold no cash value.
We may change which features are included in premium over time. If a change materially reduces what your current subscription includes, we'll announce it in the app.
Some features are limited on the free tier (number of alarms, daily route analyses, ride history depth). These limits are shown clearly in the app and may change over time. They exist because weather and map services charge per call.
MotoSky relies on outside data: weather from OpenWeather, maps and routing from Google, notification delivery via Firebase, and subscription validation through RevenueCat and Google Play.
We are not responsible for outages, delays or inaccuracies in these services. The app also depends on your internet connection.
When sharing a ride you can add a photo from your own gallery. That photo stays on your device — it is never sent to our servers. The share card is built on your phone and you decide where to share it.
You are responsible for what you share. Don't use photos that infringe someone's copyright or show people without their consent.
The MotoSky name, logo, interface design, ride score method and app code belong to us. You may use the app for personal use; you may not copy, distribute, sell or create derivative works from it.
The rides you record and the content you enter belong to you. We process them to run the app — details are in the Privacy Policy.
You can delete your account any time from within the app: Settings → Delete account. Deletion cannot be undone. What happens to your data is set out in the Privacy Policy. You can also request deletion from this page.
If you have an active subscription, deleting your account does not cancel it. You must cancel separately from your Google Play account.
MotoSky is provided "as is". We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or accurate in all conditions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss or lost profits arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
We may update these terms from time to time. If something significant changes, we'll tell you in the app. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new terms. The "last updated" date at the top tells you which version you're reading.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, your right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts where you live is unaffected.
